Dear Paula,
Last Wednesday, when I needed it most, you went to bat for me to schedule a surgery for the following day instead of three weeks out. You had just met me, but you still extended yourself with such kindness. I will long remember this and hopefully I can give a life-changing moment to someone as you did to me.
I have been 100% pain free since coming out of anesthesia.
