I had called other doctors offices to see if I could get in for a diagnosis and I was told that they were scheduled out 4-6 months, but I could be put on a waiting list. It gave me hope and from that very visit, I felt like they cared about me and my condition. I was treated like a person and not just another procedure. Dr. West had compassion and I quickly gained confidence and trust with his technical decisions and professional expertise associated with my back. The entire staff was professional, and I felt they cared that I had a good outcome. I really feel fortunate to be one of their patients. My pain is gone, and my future is bright.
